Today, we mark the start of Project Pandora. After extensive research and experimentation these last few month, I realize we have created upon something truly special. It felt both innovative and like a natural progression from previous work at FreedomLab.

I remember telling Jörgen, "I have something that's a real next step from our earlier work. I can feel it's right, it works, and there's a demand for it, but it's still too complex. I can't do this alone and I need a sparring partner - and that's YOU!" I asked him to help me "unbox" this idea to build a platform and methodology. To help break it down until we reached its core. Learn by doing: Prototype! To understand what all this work was about we decided to fall back on our dogma; Stop thinking, learn by doing. Prototype. So we started with designing an assessment day. The assumption was; if we invite people and start to think about ways to assess them on Future Ready skills, we kind of find out what all our work is about. Great projects deserve great names In the early stages we created this vision of a box participants would enter. This image stuck with us. I learned at my time with Hewlett-Packard that great projects with aspirations need equally aspirational names, we came up with "Pandora." It perfectly captured the essence of what we were doing - unboxing challenges for organizations and society.

Jörgen later dove deep into the myth of Pandora, exploring the underlying stories about Prometheus (the Greek god of the future) and Heracles (representing the here and now). It's fascinating how many parallels we found between the myth and our work, drawing so much inspiration from it. This experience has reinforced for me how crucial it is to capture the feeling of a project in its name early in the process. It truly brings the project to life! The name "Pandora" has given our work a deeper meaning and context, connecting it to timeless themes and ideas.
