GLOBAL ABOUT US | Futures Academy

It is our conviction that we need everyone on board for building a future worth living.
Not as a dreamy statement about a love for the strange and the outliers, but as a necessity for what it takes to keep a society able to change, adapt and survive.

Innovation is never the accomplishment of one person. Genius is a collective power of many.

We need colour: the odd ones out, the misfits, the ones that don't fit the average bill, because that is where the unexpected, overlooked ideas come from, the ones that solve the challenges ahead.

So we set out to unlock and democratise the knowledge and methods that are usually kept for the few, for the boardrooms of multinational enterprises and the executives of the traded equity centres. We bring that thinking to the colourful, the new, the young and the vulnerable, so they too can become a force of nature in a future that includes everyone.

The future belongs to everyone.

Roeland Reinders is driven by one question: how do you turn change into opportunity? With more than 30 years of international entrepreneurial experience, he connects technology, strategy and business to help leaders see what is changing, understand what it means for their organisation, and turn it into sharper choices and action. He combines a strategic perspective with a strong bias for execution.
