It's fascinating how these decision trees, commonly used in gaming environments, can be applied to our work. I'm exploring ways to create interfaces for these trees using various tools like chatbots (via Landbot.io), Typeform, or even Alexa (though that's less likely for our purposes).

I'm considering different approaches to structuring these trees:

- By tool (e.g., Empathy map)

- By course (e.g., Reframing)

- By user need (e.g., "I need a plan")

From static dialogues into natural language using AI LLM models I've also prototyped a new approach for providing guidance to our participants, members, and users. It's designed with someone in mind who's either stuck or starting something new and unsure where to begin.
