Today we had one of our classic brown paper sessions. We've found our go-to spot: Café Polder at Science Park. It's become our creative haven. There's something special about gathering around a table, armed with brown paper, markers, and pens, ready to dive into a world of ideas.

As we talked, drew, scribbled, questioned, and shifted perspectives, I felt a sense of clarity emerging. It's amazing how these sessions help us bring scattered thoughts together, placing them in logical spots and then connecting the dots. Slowly but surely, it's all coming together into a cohesive system.

Peeling of the onion layer by layer

We kept asking ourselves: "Why is this? What does that do?" Layer by layer, we peeled back the onion. Like vultures circling our prey, we moved from the outside in, searching for that elusive core. I noticed we started using phrases like "I firmly believe" more often. It feels like we're transitioning from creative ideas and gut feelings to something more rational and logical.

Why does this matter to us? And why does this matter for the user?

What's really exciting is seeing this construct emerge that delves deeper into the question of "Why this matters?" And not just for us, but for potential end-users, organizations, and even society at large. It's typical of us to think both big and small simultaneously.

Now comes the challenge: Can we make all these layers we've sketched out more concrete? It's a daunting task, but I'm eager to see where it leads us.

Let's see what insights tomorrow brings. For now, I'm content with the progress we've made and the questions we've uncovered.
