Prototype time. We've started with a fascinating simulation concept: a team session, building a scale-up named LIFT in just one day. The idea is to put participants in the shoes of visionaries like Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, or Whitney Wolfe. It's an intense, one-day sprint to build a company from the ground up. Every hour is an iteration in the process. The prototyping technique for now: Roleplaying... just acting out the day as a kind of dry-run. Sometimes I just close my eyes and visualize the entire session (that is a fast way of iterating) and some iterations are really acting the session out in a room together. Always so insightful.

Challenge based learning We're building on our challenge-based learning approach, turning the LIFT experience into something akin to an escape room. The level of freedom we're giving participants is exhilarating - it's almost like an open world (such as Grand Theft Auto ;-). As facilitators, we'll use this setup to assess which skills people use and need to become even more Future Ready. It's a brilliant blend of fun and practical skill development. The birth of new tooling The great part about prototyping is the bias towards action. We are truly building stuff. Drawing, Powerpointing, writing a programming on the whiteboard... and every now or then we have to stap back from the table and reflect. What is happening? What is emerging? What are we building here? Conceptually we notice that we have to kind of blend two models: Kolbs-learning cycle and the Google Sprint approach. And maybe even combining that with the 5xE model of Experience design. That is fascinating research and dialogue for later. And this is exactly how many of our tooling has been created based on real life challenges.

Going where the energy takes us?! The energy around this project is palpable. It's thrilling to be part of something so innovative and potentially impactful. I can't wait to see how this prototype evolves and what we'll learn from it. The possibilities seem endless, and that's what makes this journey so exciting and difficult. This process is reminding me why I love what we do. We're not just creating an assessment day; we're potentially reshaping how people learn and grow in their careers. It's challenging, it's creative, and it's deeply fulfilling.

I'm looking forward to our next session. Who knows what breakthroughs we might have? Or when we maybe finalize realize this is all just a fantasy? #imposterSyndrome
