Today, I want to jot down some thoughts about our prototype project. We've been working on three different phases of our 'assessment' and it's fascinating to see how they're shaping up.

1. Entrepreneur; Triggering natural behavior The first module is the entrepreneurial tine of LIFT PaperPlane Challenge. It's a hands-on team experience that's all about building thriving teams. I love how it gets everyone involved and really showcases team dynamics. As I learned as a sports-trainer, we need some pressure in this part of the session to trigger natural behavior in problem solving. 2. Board; Wise decision making

Next phase you are on the board. Based on the first part of the session we've got this intriguing card game focused on 'wise decisions'. It's like a mashup of dialogue and poker, which sounds odd but works surprisingly well. I'm curious to see how participants will respond to this unique approach.

3. Investor; Retrospective dialogue The third module you are an investor. It is a kind of retrospective, emphasizing learning capacity. This feels crucial - after all, what's the point of experiences if we don't learn from them?

A first step towards our framework; Toolset, Skillset, and Mindset What's really striking me is how this prototype is helping us discover what we're truly trying to convey. It's like we're uncovering our own message as we go along. We're starting to frame the three experience levels as Toolset, Skillset, and Mindset. Or, in more academic terms, conative, affective, and cognitive aspects. It's all about iterative learning and improvement.I'm excited about the start of this framework. It feels like we're onto something significant here. The way these elements interact and build upon each other could be really powerful for organizational development.
