I'm feeling a mix of excitement and frustration as we continue to work on our project. It's clear that what we have is still way too complex, but I'm reminding myself that this is all part of the process. We're in the exploration phase, deliberately expanding our problem space to consider all possibilities before we start narrowing things down.

Ai, the groan zone Looking at our current prototype, I can't help but feel it's too ambitious and large in scope. But I'm giving ourselves permission to dream big for now. It's actually quite liberating to allow our ideas to flow without immediate constraints. We are most definately in the messy middle, the groan zone of what we call the complexity curve (or creative process)

Looking for some simplicity The next step is what really excites me - we'll be selecting just one element to test thoroughly. I love that we're adopting a Lean Startup approach. It'll be challenging to choose which aspect to focus on, but I'm looking forward to diving deep and getting real, actionable feedback.

It's messy and uncertain at times, but I believe we're on the right track. We're not rushing to solutions but taking the time to explore, expand, and then refine. It's a balance of creativity and practicality that I find both challenging and rewarding.
