This week, a breakthrough moment happened in our project. We've been using our tried-and-true methods for a while now, but I've noticed that things were getting a bit overwhelming.

Warroom

There's just so much information to keep track of, and it's becoming increasingly difficult to effectively communicate and signpost everything. That's when it hit me - we need to move things from the drawing board to reality. We need a warroom or prototype space. I'm excited about this new development. I can already envision how it's going to look. The producers we will have a whitewall, we'll have the storyline laid out so we can keep shuffling. This visual representation will help everyone stay on the same page and see the big picture at a glance. It will also serve as a place to capture all learnings and insights.

Prototype space We'll also set up a prototyping area, a space that will serve the three layers of our experience:

1. For the participants: We'll have a place to invite test-groups. All the materials and setup they need to engage fully in the prototyping process are ready.

2. For the facilitator: We'll create a travel kit (I'm thinking of repurposing our old lightbox that's been around the world with us before) to ensure they have everything needed to guide the session effectively.

3. And let's not forget about the observer - they'll have a dedicated dashboard/iPad/notebook to monitor and analyze the process and assess all participants, I can't wait to see this prototype space come to life.
