Impact driven

We've started with the Paper Plane challenge. The assignment scales from a single A4 sheet to encompass an entire company during a one-day session. It's amazing to see how such a simple concept can grow into something so comprehensive.
We've created numerous excellent challenges that require participants to show their true colors, allowing us to reflect on their actions and decisions. I've realized that to truly test participants and help them learn from reflections on their natural behavior, the session needs to be incredibly immersive.
Storytelling 4.0
This demands, among other things, exceptional storytelling. We have applied our own Ix3 storyline method:
Information: What we want to convey
Interest: What will captivate the user
Interaction: How we can make it a two-way communication
Excitingly, based on our prototype, we've added a fourth 'I':
Intelligence: What we can learn from that interaction (and does it influence the story?)
This new addition feels like a breakthrough. It's not just about delivering an experience anymore; it's about creating a dynamic, learning environment where we, as facilitators, also gain insights. This could potentially lead to real-time adjustments in our storytelling and overall session structure.
Data-driven feedback loops?
I'm particularly intrigued by how this fourth 'I' might change our approach to designing and running these sessions using a (data-driven) feedback loop. Will we be able to adapt on the fly based on the intelligence we gather? How might this impact the participants' experience and learning outcomes? Tomorrow, I plan to brainstorm some ideas on how we can practically implement this 'Intelligence' aspect into our existing challenges. There's so much potential here, and I can't wait to explore it further.
