We've said it so often to clients: "Always start with the solved state in mind". It's the design/appreciative inquiry approach of Dream to Discover to Design, Do, and Dare. But of course, as human beings we experience time from beginning to end, so... we started prototyping the Paper Plane challenge from the beginning. Not so smart.

Now, in the midst of the Paper Plane Challenge, we realize we need to know what the end-game should be. What's the result of the PPC that should serve as input for the second part of the day, the Card Game? Because the card-game or the decision making game is at the core of it all.

Sh*t! We now have to momentarily let go of the Paper Plan and leapfrog to a rough version of the card game first.
