What is it that great facilitators do? They most likely know when to nudge you with what question or working model. They allow you to think for yourself. For this reason I have been fooling around with a new prototype: a WWXD-based coaching tool. The goal is to create a smart questioning tool that mimics our approach to asking intelligent questions. We recognize that many people feel overwhelmed when faced with a blank form, so we want to develop something more intuitive and guided.

A question lead coaching tool for our working models

I'm exploring Typeform as a potential platform for this tool. It offers the customization and flexibility we need to create a decision tree-like structure. I've already created some demos linked to our existing tools, such as Moonshots and Wheel of Reasoning.

The most exciting part is the overarching version I'm developing for "Help, I'm looking for a plan." This tool guides users step-by-step, connecting different tool-question-approach combinations into a seamless flow. It's like a digital estafette, passing user data from one section to the next.

We will be taking this questionnaire approach to the next level by integrating Zapier with our Typeform setup. The exciting part is that we can now automatically generate a professional-looking PDF from the user's responses.

A new business model?

I'm considering a business model where the questions are free, but users pay for the polished PDF output. It's like getting a real business plan or empathy map at the end of the process. The challenge will be creating enough variation to make it feel personalized.
