We need a more modular form The book is a fantastic body of work, and the map tells our story, but we need to be able to work more effectively with clients using these materials, especially when developing and designing a program. If we don't make it more modular then I have to explain our whole approach before I can engage in dialogue... tit's impressive but too complex, too much. (literal feedback from clients). It's time to bring out the learning objectives again. This time, they're not printed in the book (which was inconvenient), so I'm making a set of A5 sheets to work with

A new form factor next to book and map; The Card

Jeroen decided to transform them into a kind of card format, introducing the concept card. Slightly narrower than A4, with rounded corners and thick natural cardboard, it feels like real content that's also practical to work with.

AB testing the self-assessment/ learning goals Now I can quickly select the right learning objectives for the relevant topics with a client and conduct an assessment. We usually use dots or mark the rubrics. I'm still experimenting with two perspectives: "What you say" (espoused values) vs. "What you do" (lived values), or "What you can do now" vs. "What you want to be able to do." This will be an A/B test in the coming period.

The set of cards now feels truly usable alongside the book, and we can leave them with the client or include a copy in the proposal.

Version 10.0 It's fascinating to see how self-assessment has been part of the process from day one, but it has gone through so many iterations to reach this point.
