Exciting news! After weeks of negotiations, we've finalized a deal with _nctp (pronounced "anticipation"), the Dutch Financial Times, and Business News Radio. We're collaborating on a podcast series about our Futures Ready approach. It'll be seven episodes, each nearly 40 minutes long, covering one pillar of our framework per episode.

Podcasts about the leadership challenges te become more future ready Our goal is to share cutting-edge knowledge, guide and inspire business leaders on the seven major leadership challenges of the 21st century, and offer practical examples. It's quite the challenge, especially since I've never made a podcast before and I'll be recording it myself.

A story-arch of Information, Interest & Interaction

I'm already preparing to give the episodes some structure. Using our documentary teacher's advice of "Information, Interest," we've added "Interaction" to the mix. I think bringing in a host will make it more conversational. I'm using the story arc concept to create an outline – this will allow for free-flowing discussion while maintaining structure and conveying our message effectively.

This is a big step for us into the spotlights. I'm both nervous and thrilled about the opportunity to share our approach with a wider audience.
