About strategy?  Strategy is an experience! Daily, everyone is engaged in working in and on the strategic direction.

About Purpose.  The real impact of purpose. Being able to make a difference is outcome x output, so scale x relevance. Not easy, but essential.

About Learning.  The experiment we call organization. Every day getting a little better together through what doesn't work yet, is the real capacity of an organization.

About Design.  Designing, Researching, Entrepreneurial Organizing. Balancing between safeguarding continuity and deploying disruptive change.

About Systems.  The core of the matter. Embracing complexity by recognizing patterns in systems makes everything simpler.
