Today's brainstorming session was intense yet illuminating. We keep circling back to core ideas like "letting users find their true north" and providing "nudges for a fresh perspective." It's clear our approach isn't about rigid rules, but rather a flexible structure that encourages exploration, about seeking the edge of things, the tention.

Intentional is standing ín the tention!

The concept of intentional leadership is at the heart of our work. We're embracing the tension between the known and unknown, daring to exist in that liminal space. It's challenging but feels right.
