Create bite sized learnings. TikTok is becoming our reference ;-) The sessions are ongoing on a weekly basis. We are increasingly incorporating Smart Moves and the 21-Framework and tools. As facilitators, especially when I'm working closely with Jorgen, we're learning the importance of breaking down all sessions and courses into manageable chunks. That benefits everyone: it's easier for us, simplifies train-the-trainer processes, and makes learning and replication more accessible for our participants to use in their own teams.

Sessions also modular to connect it all

We're standardizing our courses using SessionLab, aiming for five modules per day. Each module has specific learning goals and key models that align with the targeted capacity. Following the Smart Moves example, we're converting all models into Working Model cards (for print) and slides (for Keynote presentations). Jeroen has done an excellent job ensuring everything is easy to maintain, with consistent sizes and ratios.

Writing 21 product sheets

My next task, though somewhat daunting, is to write 21 product sheets or brochures for our courses. These will need to cover both on-location and digital (via Zoom) options, with the potential for future self-paced online learning.
