Writing 21 product sheets was too much. I'm tired, very tired. I am losing motivation to keep diving back into my 'dungeon of endless head down creation'. Make, make, make. Thankfully, the reactions are positive, and there's learning happening. Learn, learn, learn.

A new partner: Mischief makers We're reaching out to Emily from Mischief Makers through Jeroen. They have facilitators who are a bit different from your average corporate trainer - environmentalists, LGBTQ activists, etc. This group aligns much better with our topics and learning goals. These facilitators are almost role models for our way of working. Plus, they're one of the most diverse groups I've seen, which perfectly underlines our impact-driven approach.

We're thrilled with this partnership. With Saskia's help, we've found trainers for all 21 courses. We can now respond to Requests for Proposals from clients like PGGM and SHV, who are eager for us to deliver numerous trainings. If I take this on myself, we'll have good revenue and new experiences, but development will stagnate. We need to be smart and learn to say NO. The Mischief Makers could be a solution. Now I just need to update all 21 booklets with new trainers... It feels great putting a face to the content. I am very happy.

Feeling happy, but... I sense that 21 is impossible to operationalize at this moment

But I can also sense what's coming. I'm wondering how to organize 21 train-the-trainer sessions. It's more than just handing over the slides. We need to deo sessions tiogether, give feedback, write facilitator notes etc.

My enthusiasm is quickly giving way to some mild panic. I feel we're NOT on the right level. The number '21' is too many trainers, too bulky content to constantly load into my head or transfer to someone else. It's time for another PIVOT! Keep the 21 in the framework, but find another way to embed it in our services. Back to seven pillars? or just start one by one and grow these coming years? How to make it manageable? Where to start?
