The new system for organizing our models is finally coming together. I have put each model now on its own card or slide, making everything so much clearer and more accessible. Jeroen has created templates for all the different content types, This really works! Maybe in the smallest sense... each model is a 'course'. That is TikTok granularity ;-0

On the brink of shifting from setting-up toward being operational

I'm in the process of writing instructions for each tool, which will make them even more user-friendly and ready for DIY learning. I'm not in a hurry... as I mentioned before, one model per day is also ok ;-) Think inside the box

We've created a comprehensive package for participants, including model cards, affiliated learning goals, and Smart move cards. While we experimented with Pattern and Dilemma cards, we've put those on hold for now. #MakeChoices

We now really start to feel how a design system makes all the difference

The best part? With just one click, we can transform the models into various formats, all managed from a single source. I'm quite proud of this!! The versatility of this system is impressive. We can easily present it as a slide set, online course, card deck, or workbook. It's not only simple for participants to use but also a breeze for us facilitators to maintain. I'm excited about how this will streamline our development and improvement processes. It feels like we're on the cusp of something truly game-changing for our training methods.
