Can you train creativity for example via online learning? Looking back, it's remarkable how our perspective on online learning has evolved. Pre-Covid, I was skeptical about training soft skills like trust-building, intuition, and creative confidence online. Then the pandemic forced us to adapt, and surprisingly, it worked.
We redesigned our approach entirely, addressing the challenges of replicating the energy and interpersonal dynamics of physical workshops. While we lost some aspects of in-person training, we discovered unexpected benefits of online learning: shorter, more focused sessions, increased anonymity for experimentation, and the ability to repeat exercises multiple times.

Blended learning, self-paced, near the job
Blended learning has emerged as a powerful model. Though maintaining motivation can be challenging, the potential for greater learning transfer through repeated practice is significant. I've gained confidence in online components, especially in blended formats.
Experiment with lessons and course content before looking at an LMS!
We're still exploring platforms, tools, and content creation. I'm excited about testing visual work courses with Jefta, an area I once thought impossible to teach online. Our quick experiment on Udemy has shown surprising reach and potential.
There's much to learn, but the future of online and blended learning looks promising.
