Teamwheel floor carpet

The vinyl carpet of 2 x 2 metres is a very handy tool for team stand-ups and check-ins. We use it as a 'constellation' tool to discuss the different roles, status, expectations and processes of developing a new project. This embodied manner makes team more agile while improving communication and signposting on commitment and ownership.
