As a research boutique with vast experience, talent, and resources, we believe that doing no harm or simply being sustainable is not enough. Therefore, we pledged that we use all our assets and efforts to achieve a net-positive contribution to the 21st century.

We noticed that our business counterparts have many models and strategic knowhow but often lack the understanding of human mindset, habit change and thick values and, while our sustainability counterparts show true passion and activism but often lack the models, complacent strategies and structures

Thus, we created a hybrid approach by starting both a Futures Academy and an Impact Academy, social value & economic values heavily intertwined. Our mission is to unite these different worlds to make positive change happen.

By making this digital platform we make sure that everybody can gain access to these models, examples and visions. To democratize strategic skills and knowhow is important. For this reason we are so proud to closely cooperate with NGO's from the Netherlands, UK to India to extend the access into groups we could never have imagined.

From Artificial Intelligence to the rise of a Quantum generation and from diversity towards more sustainability, the metaverse or platforms-economy. All these upcoming developments are all interconnected, a kind of super-structure of change.

Anticipating such large-scale change starts with seeing the ecosystem as an integral whole ánd to be able to deconstruct into parts and relations. We inspire our members to see the underlying design principles (pattern recognition).
